How It Works

    1. Select Your Kit, Men’s / Women’s 

    Be aware that this is a one-size-only option. Each kit will include a limited edition shirt and training short, accompanied by an accessory or a one-time use store credit gift card. 

          2. Shipping / Billing

    Your kit is a recurring monthly subscription that will be billed on the 1st of every month along with shipping costs (depending on the location entered at the time of checkout, this cost will range from $10-$15 USD). The usual time frame for kits to ship out is between the 5th and the 15th of the month. As we ship exclusively with USPS, NFQ will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen kits after they depart our warehouse. Should you have any issues with your Monthly Kit during transit to its destination, we recommend contacting USPS with the information sent to you through a confirmation email. 

            3. Cancellations

    Members must be subscribed for MINIMUM three months before they can request a cancellation; Please do so 10 business days prior to the 1st of the month. All cancellations after the allotted time frame, will still be billed for the upcoming month and canceled for the one following.

            4. Size Changes

    Size changes can be made to your monthly kit subscription, however, we ask you to do so 10 business days in advance to the 1st of the month. At this time, if you would like to change from a men’s kit to a women’s kit or vice versa you will need to cancel your current subscription and repurchase the desired one.

             5. Unlock the Power of Membership.

    Membership doesn’t end with your monthly kit. From custom, curated content, to members-only pricing at NFQ, unlock more perks than any other subscription service. As this is a subscription, you will not need to repurchase a monthly kit every month.

               6. Billing

    The Monthly Kit is a subscription that will be billed on the 1st of every month. At any time if you wish to cancel your subscription it must be 10 business days prior to the 1st of the month.

    Each kit has a minimum value of $100 but is only priced at $50, plus shipping.

    Lastly, all items included are FINAL sale and will not be eligible for returns/ exchanges. At this time, discount codes are not valid on this specific item.




    How long does it take before my order ships?

    Please allow for processing once your order is confirmed. Processing days are not included in your shipment time frame. Monday-Friday (orders do not ship Saturday/Sunday and holidays)

    When will my order ship?

    3-5 business days from order time

    Any order placed after 3pm PST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday

    How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

    Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Processing is not included in this time. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days after the processing time has concluded. 

    International/Deployed delivery times are subject to Customs/Declaration and/or your location.

    Per USPS Tracking, delivery dates are only an estimate and do not come from NFQ. NFQ is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once your package leaves our warehouse facility, NFQ has no control over shipping terms. (ie. re-routing, tracking, delivery location/expected delivery.)


    How long does it take from ordering to delivery (Drop Orders)

    Due to high order volume, there may be slight shipping delays with Collections/Special Drops.  For all Drop Orders, we ask for 7-10 business days for processing outside of shipment times.  Please be aware, we are always working efficiently and may process these orders sooner than expected. 


    I am unable to locate my package. What should I do?

    We apologize for the experience you are having with your order! Please be advised that USPS is responsible for all transit and delivery and NFQ recommends reaching out to them for all shipping inquiries. You can file a claim via the USPS website, by phone, or at your local post office!

    Please advise if you are unable to locate your package, you must reach out within 14 days of your shipment date.

    I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

    Please understand that entering the correct information when placing an order is the customers responsibility, although NFQ understands that mistakes happen. In this occurrence, please email our customer service team with your request ASAP. We cannot guarantee that your request will be attained. Once your order has entered processing and handling, address changes cannot always be accommodated.

    All package interceptions and reroutes are the responsibility of the customer. All fees will be the responsibility of the customer and interception is not guaranteed before attempted delivery by USPS. Please contact USPS for all transit requests (interception, reroute, claims).
